Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period. Most of ours last between 30 days and 2 years, depending on purpose.
You can delete stored cookies at any time via your browser settings (see Section 6).

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Go to Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Choose your preferred option, or select See all site data and permissions to manage cookies per site.
- To delete existing cookies, click See all site data and permissions → Remove all or select individual sites.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (☰) and select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Manage Data to view or remove cookies for specific sites.
- Check or uncheck Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed as preferred.
Apple Safari
- Open Safari → Preferences (or Settings on macOS Ventura+).
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data to view, search, and remove cookies by site.
- Check Block all cookies to prevent all cookies — note this may break some site features.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) → Settings.
- Go to Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data.
- Toggle Block third-party cookies or click See all cookies and site data for granular control.
- Use Remove all to clear existing cookies.
Mobile Browsers
- Chrome (Android/iOS): Menu (⋮ or ⋯) → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Safari (iOS): Device Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Firefox Mobile: Menu → Settings → Delete browsing data.
- Note: disabling cookies on mobile browsers may affect how some features of our site work on your device.
Your Rights
- You may withdraw consent to optional cookies at any time by using the preference controls in Section 5 above, or via your browser settings.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place while consent was active.
- Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the core features of our website, though some personalisation features may be limited.
