1. Definitions

  • "Neuronest", "we", "us", "our" — Neuronest AI Development Online School, located at 14 Nimmanhaemin Road, Su Thep, Muang, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
  • "Service" — the website, online courses, mentorship programmes, and related content operated by Neuronest.

  • "Content" — all text, video, code, exercises, assignments, and other materials available through the Service.
  • "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • "Programme" — any individual course or mentorship track offered by Neuronest.
Section 02

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Section 03

3. Service Description

Neuronest offers online AI development programmes, including self-paced courses, structured tracks, and mentorship-based programmes. Specific content, formats, and mentor availability are described on the relevant programme pages.

We strive to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances outside our control may affect availability. The Service is available to learners globally; however, local regulations in your jurisdiction may affect access, and it is your responsibility to verify compliance.

Section 04

4. User Accounts

Access to programme materials is provided following enrolment confirmation. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted.

Section 05

5. User Responsibilities

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

Prohibited activities

  • Reproducing, distributing, or selling course materials without written permission.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract proprietary content.
  • Posting content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights in any community space.
  • Using the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable Thai law or international law.
  • Impersonating Neuronest staff or other learners.

Academic integrity

Assignments and projects should represent your own work. Submitting others' work as your own undermines the learning experience and may result in account suspension.

Section 06

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, brand assets, and website code are the intellectual property of Neuronest or our licensed contributors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials solely for your personal learning during your enrolment period.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written consent. Any work you produce as part of course assignments remains yours; by submitting it to community or review spaces, you grant Neuronest a limited licence to use it for educational illustration purposes.

Section 07

7. Payment & Refunds

Fees

Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) on the relevant programme pages. Prices may change; the fee applicable at the time of your enrolment confirmation applies to your enrolment.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to gaining access to programme materials. Accepted payment methods are described during the enrolment process.

Refund policy

Refund requests received within 7 days of enrolment confirmation, and before accessing more than 20% of course materials, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] with your request and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Refunds are not available once the access threshold above has been exceeded or after the 7-day window has passed, except where required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.

Section 08

8. Course-Specific Terms

Access period

Course access is provided for the duration specified at enrolment. Access extensions may be available on request and are at our discretion.

Completion and programme records

We record progress and completion status within the platform. Completion acknowledgements (where offered) reflect your participation in the programme and do not constitute professional qualifications, accreditation, or employment eligibility documents.

Mentor availability

For mentorship-based programmes, mentor sessions are scheduled within the timeframes described on the programme page. Session scheduling is subject to mentor availability, and we will communicate any changes as early as possible.

Community spaces

Access to community discussion spaces is subject to respectful conduct. We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend access for behaviour that disrupts the learning environment.

Section 09

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work carefully to create helpful and accurate materials, we make no representations that the content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

We do not guarantee that using our programmes will lead to specific outcomes, employment, or performance results. Learning progress varies between individuals.

Nothing in this Agreement constitutes professional advice of any kind. Always seek qualified professional guidance for decisions in regulated fields.

Section 10

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, however caused. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 11

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuronest, its staff, mentors, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

Section 12

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach this Agreement materially, engage in conduct harmful to other learners, or if continuing to provide access would expose us or others to legal or reputational risk.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

Section 13

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.

Section 14

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neuronest regarding the Service and supersedes prior communications.
  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor organisation.
  • Notices: formal notices to Neuronest should be sent to [email protected] or to the postal address in Section 16.
Section 15

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For enrolled learners, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
